Theresa was born and raised in Michigan before relocating to Door County when her parents retired. She attended Southern Door School and, after graduating, started her family. She cherished the time spent at home raising her two daughters, Kristin and Kendra.
Once her children were in school, Theresa entered the workforce, where she discovered her passion for caregiving. For over a decade, she worked in healthcare, forming deep, meaningful connections with the elderly and creating lasting memories. In 2015, Theresa transitioned into the financial industry, where she has since thrived.
Theresa’s career path led her to work alongside several financial advisors, eventually finding a perfect fit with her husband, Steven Johnson. As a key member of the team at Alpha Financial, Theresa takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a company that values both commitment and care for clients.
In her personal life, Theresa enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her daughters, Kristin and Kendra, have blessed her with five beautiful grandchildren—Mason, Brayden, Lola, Amelia, and Emmett. She also has a passion for quilting, crafts, puzzling, and traveling with friends. Theresa and Steve, along with their daughters, love exploring the beauty of Upper Michigan, often indulging in rock hounding adventures.
