Karen Seaman
Business Manager
Karen was born and raised in the Green Bay area. She married her husband, Jim, in 1980, and together they raised three sons. Her husband’s job took them to Minnesota for a few years before they moved back to the De Pere area.
Karen entered the financial industry during her senior year of high school, working for MetLife. She continued working there until the birth of her first child, after which she dedicated her time to raising her children and providing childcare for others in her home. Once her youngest son started school full-time, she returned to the workforce.
In the early 1990s, Karen rejoined MetLife as an administrative assistant to Ken and other advisors. She built a steady and successful career before transitioning to Alpha Financial Solutions, where she continued her professional journey. With over 30 years of experience in the financial advising industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our business.
Karen provides exceptional support to our financial advisors, working diligently to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. Her industry expertise allows her to train and mentor other team members.
In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with family, playing Sheepshead with friends, and visiting their cottage in Door County. She and Jim live in West De Pere and have three sons: Jason (Tiffany), Derek (Joanna), and Aaron. She is also a proud grandmother to four grandchildren—Tyler, Kara, Ceci, and Vivian—whom she loves to spoil. She looks forward to welcoming her great-granddaughter in July 2025.
